The GREEN PEEL® peeling treatment is a medically-developed, biologically-based method with exclusively natural plant ingredients, which has been successfully proven worldwide. This purely biologically-based peeling treatment has a plant-based compound of active ingredients in which the individual components work together to achieve the desired treatment objectives. You can work with this method absolutely individually, for different skin types, for every age, with three different options for the whole body.

There exist 3 methods of the GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling: Classic, Energy and Fresh up Fresh up. During all three methods our GREEN PEEL® Herbs are massaged into the skin. Depending on the massage pressure and the type of skin, you may feel a slight tingling and prickly feeling, but no pain. The herbal massage can be slightly uncomfortable, but it is not a painful procedure. The main difference between the stronger method, our GREEN PEEL® Classic and the gentler methods (Fresh Up / Mela White/Energy & Energy Q10 ) are the concentration of herbs applied, the pressure and duration of massage.

No. You can tell this by the fact that your skin therapist does not wear gloves during treatment. Our Herbal Peeling is purely natural and includes neither chemical substances nor abrasive particles.

No. The strength of the skin peeling is dependent on individual condition. However, this has no influence on the effect of GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling. The herbs always initiate a renewal and regeneration process in the skin.

Once you have completed a course of treatments, we recommend maintenance treatments every 4 to 6 to have your youthful radiant looking skin.

Every skin type and reaction is individual. With most customers the skin starts to peel on the 3rd day after treatment. On day 5, after the mandatory Beauty Finish treatment, the peeling process is mostly completed. If you prefer not to be seen in public during the peeling process, you should schedule the GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling treatment for a Wednesday, so the peeling process will take place over the weekend. The post-treatment will follow on Monday then and downtime (if any) is minimised.

No. After a GREEN PEEL® treatment the skin is young and fresh. Of course this skin needs special attention. With every GREEN PEEL® your skin becomes stronger, firmer and resistant. Metabolism is activated, microcirculation as well as the interlocking of skin layers is improved. This in turn results in the skin receiving more oxygen and nutrients. The connective tissue fibres (collagenous and elastic fibres) are activated and metabolic wastes whisked away.

GREEN PEEL® Classic (with skin peeling) is suitable for: large-pored skin, impure skin, scars, premature wrinkle formation, sun damaged skin, hyperpigmentation**, stretch marks and sagging body skin (**several treatments needed and in combination with Mela White products)
GREEN PEEL® Energy & Energy Q10+ (without skin peeling) is suitable for: age related skin conditions, impurities, pale skin, scars and pigmentation disorders**.
GREEN PEEL® Fresh Up (without skin peeling) is suitable for: pigmentation disorders, tired, pale skin and for general dissatisfaction with skin condition.

Yes. Our GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling treatment is performed in more than 50 countries, amongst others in South Africa where the sun is shining almost all year long. A GREEN PEEL® treatment can be done at any season. However, intensive sunbathing should initially be avoided after a GREEN PEEL® Classic treatment, as the rejuvenated, fresh skin is particularly sensitive to sunlight.

GREEN PEEL® Herbal Peeling is based on a medically refined and worldwide proven biological method, on a pure natural basis. It is safe and can be used with almost any skin type. GREEN PEEL® does not need machines and successfully solves various of skin problems.
The fruit acid peeling however is a chemical peeling, which is based on milk, lemon, apple or wine acid. A fruit acid peeling is preferable done in low-sunlight months, as during the summer months there has to be paid a lot of attention to sun exposure. This kind of peeling requires 8-10 sessions in weekly intervals before showing visible results.

Carbon Laser Peel
A Carbon Laser Peel is a facial resurfacing treatment that leaves the skin softer, firmer and smoother. It is a non-invasive procedure and is sometimes called the charcoal facial or charcoal peel. Sometimes, they are also known as ‘Hollywood Facials’, ‘Red Carpet Facials’ and ‘China Doll Facial’ as they are popular with celebrities.
A layer of liquid carbon is applied over the face, which penetrates deep into the pores. A laser blasts the carbon away, with the light highly attracted to carbon particles. The carbon absorbs contaminants, and when the laser destroys the carbon it gets rid of these too. It can also remove dead skin cells, blackheads and oil.
The process exfoliates the skin to reduce pore size and even out skin tone as well as making the skin softer and appear more radiant.

Procedure
A Carbon Laser Peel treatment is straight forward. The Therapist will carry out a consultation prior to the treatment to address concerns you may have and run through what is involved in the treatment.

Before a treatment, all make-up, oils, sunscreens and other skin products must be removed. Ideally you should do this prior to coming into the clinic.

Lasers can cause eye injury and protective eyewear must be worn during treatment. We will provide this.

Firstly, we will evenly apply a thin layer of liquid carbon to the skin for 10min this will absorb oil and loosen clogged pores.

Once the carbon is dry, Laser is passed over the carbon and shatters the carbon particles, taking any absorbed material with it. Also effectively exfoliating dead skin cells, extracting blackheads, resulting in reduced pore size, even skin tone and softer radiant youthful looking skin.
